An obsessive-compulsive peanut butter eater by nature I always genuinely enjoy a good peanut butter cookie. The first time I had a David’s Peanut Butter Cookie I passed out and was sent to the hospital. You might think I’m joking, but oh I’m not! I had the flu for the last week and my body was just extremely weak. I hadn’t been eating much and was just stuck in bed most of the day. People kept bringing me food in hopes that I would eat, but I was just so tired and felt so lousy that I couldn’t really bring my self to have a taste for anything let alone eat. So my best friend came over after work and brought with her a tin of David’s Peanut Butter Cookies, because obviously she knows my addiction to peanut butter. So for some reason my feeble body couldn’t resist at least a bite of cookie. She had placed them on my kitchen counter so I got up from my living room couch and moped over to the counter, opened the tin and grabbed a beautiful cookies. I took a bite of the savory cookie with all of its Reese’s Peanut Butter glory and felt overcame with joy. Either that or I became light headed. So I headed back to the couch my cookie in hand and before I made it there I apparently passed out. I woke up later in the hospital. They say I passed out from dehydration; I have a feeling I passed out from how incredible that first bite of cookie was. Needless to say when I started feeling better the only thing on my mind was some David’s Peanut Butter Cookies with Reese’s Chips.

Greetings.
Those cookie really look great. I have to say that you most likely passed out from dehydration. Dehydration is actually a chronic epidemic. If you are not drinking enough water (and eating cookies) you’re definately dehydrated. I’ve learned that your body will consume/burn eight glasses of water just to digest the sugar found in one can of soda. Think about all the sugar in a cookie… Best chase it with water and not milk, perhaps.
As a new resident of Las Vegas, NV, proper hydration has become a major concern of mine. And with this, I’ve been studying alkaline ionized water. Learning that disease thrives in an acid body environment, I’m hoping to avoid disease with a diet of alkaline water. The ionization of water is supposed to make water better hydrating, as well.
